  • Noah McQueen

    Founder

    Meet our Founder, Noah McQueen. Mr. McQueen is a nationally recognized speaker, nonprofit founder, and community builder whose life journey—from the juvenile justice system to the White House—exemplifies the power of resilience, purpose, and service. A Morehouse College graduate and first-generation college student, he was invited by President Barack Obama to join the launch of the My Brother’s Keeper initiative. In college, Noah earned a full Bonner Foundation scholarship for community service and went on to found Lifting Our Voices (LOV). Noah has become a national voice for youth empowerment, agency, equity, and second chances. His story has been featured by CNN, MTV, NPR, BET, the Washington Post, and Huffington Post, among others. Noah has received numerous honors, including the National Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, Citizen of the Year, YNPN 30 Under 30, and a City of Atlanta Proclamation declaring Lifting Our Voices Day. goes here

  • Kenya Scott

    Executive Chief Operating Officer

    Chapter: Lifting Our Voices, HQ

    Kenya is originally from the Southside of Atlanta, GA. She is a 10-year United States Army Veteran and Georgia State University Graduate with a Bachelors in Psychology. Kenya joined the LOV team as a collegiate e-board member at GSU and has been involved since 2020.

  • Jordine Jones

    Student Success Lead

    Chapter: Lifting Our Voices, HQ

    Jordine was born and raised in Southwest Atlanta, GA. She went on to attain her Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial & Systems Engeineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Jordine first joined LOV as a volunteer May of 2021 and went on to charter the Georgia Tech chapter in May of 2022, serving as President during the chapter’s inaugural year.

  • Terrence Carter

    Student Success Lead

    Chapter: Lifting Our Voices, HQ

    Terrence was born and raised in Denver, CO and relocated to Atlanta, GA to attend Morehouse College in 2019. He then graduated in May 2023 obtaining his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. Terrence joined LOV as a student volunteer during his freshman year and has since transitioned to the executive team following his graduation. “Service above self” is a moto he follows while he continues to be an advocate for his community.

  • Dr. Takeisha Carr

    Advisory Board Liaison

    Dr. Takeisha Carr is an Organizational Development & Behavior Strategist with over a decade of experience helping organizations strengthen culture, operations, and workforce strategies. She has led federal agencies and public sector organizations in reimagining service delivery with a focus on equity and community engagement. A trusted voice for change, she will serve as our 2025–2027 Advisory Board Liaison, fostering collaboration between the Executive Leadership Team and the Advisory Board of Lifting Our Voices.

  • Kaelan Jones

    Quality Assurance Liaison

    As the Quality Assurance Liaison, I’m committed to supporting all LOV chapters by making sure our events and efforts run with excellence and consistency. I’m excited to bring my experience back into the mix as an alum of the GSU chapter, and to now contribute from a different angle. It feels good to be part of the team again and to help carry forward the mission in a bigger way.

  • Mahmood Mohammed

    Student Success Coach

    Mahmood Mohammed is a graduate of Emory University and current MBA candidate, dedicated to expanding his impact in business and finance. He serves as a Commercial Associate at Bank of America and is the Student Success Unit (SSU) representative for both Emory and Georgia State University, bridging student engagement and leadership. With proficiency in reading and writing Korean, Mahmood brings a global perspective and a commitment to fostering growth in every space he serves.

  • Brittany Campbell

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Brittany Campbell is a Spelman alumna and MBA candidate at Georgia State University, dedicated to using marketing and media to drive social impact. She serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Lifting Our Voices (LOV), leading brand strategy and public engagement for the nonprofit’s mission to fight food insecurity. Alongside her work at LOV, Brittany develops strategic campaigns for high-profile clients, blending storytelling with data-driven execution. With a background in film production and expertise in brand building, she brings a culture-shaping lens to every space she serves.

  • Zari Cooper

    Student Success Coach

    Zee Cooper began her journey with GT LOV out of a simple but powerful belief — never to be in a position to help and choose not to. That mindset has guided her from her early days in outreach to her current role as Student Success Coach for GT and AUC. Passionate about creating spaces of care, understanding, and empowerment, Zee approaches every student interaction with the goal of helping where she can and never causing harm where she can’t. She’s excited to continue growing alongside her schools and making an impact through compassion and purpose.
